Last week my friend and I checked out a few food trucks! Yep, a whole lot of them, it was sort of a food truck gathering. VERY cool, there's never been something like that out in the burbs by me, so when it showed up not 5 minutes from my home of course I had to go! Lots of good food and friendly people. My favorite dish was the shrimp tacos from Jacques Tacos, they were so delicious! I can't wait to do it again.
