Live Lavishly with Groupon Coupons

FTC Disclaimer: This is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own.

If you don't know by now, I am a fan of Groupon! They have coupons that work for all of my hobbies and lifestyle preferences. From dining out to spa days, wine, clothes, books, and electronics. I could go on and on about what I've purchased from Groupon.  I enjoy the coupon side of Groupon because I'm able to get services and products that I love without breaking the bank.

The thing that I love the most about Groupon Coupons is that it's completely free. No fees or membership dues to partake in the savings. That’s right – it’s FREE!

If you choose, you can get alerts based on past purchases and for local stores in your area which is really convenient. Personally I've purchased lots of massages, body wraps, nail services, and other luxury services this way. I do tons of online shopping as well and searching for coupons on their site is a huge time saver. Even with other coupon sites out there, I find myself coming back again and again to Groupon.

My husband shops on Groupon as much as I do (shocking, I know!). He uses the Groupon app on Android exclusively, and he finds it very easy to use and finds some great tech savings. Be sure to check that out if you're a fan of mobile shopping.

Here are some of the stores where you can find great deals with Groupon Coupons:

Ulta
Target
Macy's
Swarovski
Pier 1 Imports
Lane Bryant
Hotels.com

Check out this user tip for you: Groupon has exclusive coupons that you can’t find anywhere else. Some of the deals I found for myself include:
  • FandangoNOW: Now $1.99 Movie Month
  • Starbucks: Get a FREE Red Stainless Steel Tumbler With Any Order $50+

Save Money on a Pamper Day or a Girls Night with Groupon

I've been a long time buyer of Groupon Goods. I've bought tons of products and services at reasonable prices over the years that help me live my lavish life for less!  I encourage you to give Groupon a try, no matter what you're looking for, you're sure to find something to suit your needs.

I purchased two of these cardigans and I absolutely LOVE them. Of course I got them in grey and black - my go to colors. They've held up very well with washing on the gentle cycle and line drying.  Not only are they comfortable, they are perfect for a business causal office and for a casual night out.  Pair these with slacks, a camisole, cute shoes and you're good to go for a work day. Pair it with leggings or skinny jeans, along with a camisole and calf high boots and you're good to go for a casual date night or girls night out.  I decided to wear this exact outfit on a girls night that we had with Paint Nite.

Beyond products and services, there are even fun local events and classes that can be found on Groupon Goods. My book club friends and I wanted to change it up a bit, so we opted for a Paint Nite.  It was a great girls night out and we all took advantage of the Groupon price. We had a blast painting and drinking cocktails.

On other occasions, I've purchased spa services like massages and shellac nail appointments. Make a pamper day for yourself and safe some money while doing it.  I also had the opportunity to try out the Lipotropic Fat-Burning Injections and Vitamin B12 Energy Injections that everyone has been raving about. I'd heard lots of hype around these injections so, while this is something that I wouldn't have ever tried at full price, I was open to it at a largely reduced price.

I could go on and on about things that I've purchased for myself, but I'll stop there. It's time for me to start getting into the Christmas (yep, I said it) zone.  My two nieces and nephew are high on my buy list, so of course I'm looking for them early. I spotted refurbished ipad airs, perfect for all three of them.  A tablet with enough bells and whistles for them to play all their fun games, watch their shows and movies, but cheap enough for me not to cry should one of the kids spill juice on it. I saw some other fun tech items perfect for my teenage niece and nephew that are cool options as well.

Whether you're looking for items that make up a pampering afternoon for yourself or gifts for the kids, friends, and family in your life, head on over to Groupon Goods and see all they have to offer.

Bauble Bar Anyone? | My First Bauble Bar Experience

A while back I spotted a very cute, but expensive piece of costume jewelry. I hunted it down and it originated on baublebar.com.  I signed up for their newsletter, but didn't purchase for a long time. I personally have a hard time allowing myself to spend large amounts of money on costume jewelry. So with that said, I never purchased the original piece that drew me to the website.  Over the past few months or so, I've noticed "Buried Bauble" emails where there is one item on sale for $10. Now that of course, caught my attention.  I spotted this very cute necklace for $10 with free freight, so that was my chance to try it out.

The box arrived quickly and I just thought the packaging was really pretty and vibrant.

I had one major issue with this piece of jewelry. Check out the color of the pendant. I included a screenshot from the Bauble Bar website as a comparison.  I'm sure it's clear as day what the issue is.  I didn't complain, I just accepted it, because it was $10 after all...but then I received an Bauble Bar email asking for my rating of the item. I gave the rating and my honest opinion.  Then a few days later someone from their customer service team reached out to me. First off, that speaks volumes to me because you can tell they are really serious about customer satisfaction, which is always a bonus in my book.

When I was asked why I gave the rating I did I explained and attached the same photos as below. Yes, there is always a color variation with natural stone, this was drastic. Mines it more green instead of blue plus it's very dull.  I'm starting to wonder if they photo shopped the mess out of the jewelry on their website because it looks much different.

They responded apologetically and offered me a $5 credit on my account or to return it.  Even though I was initially disappointed with the color, I didn't see any point in returning a $10 purchase. I still liked the necklace over all so I decided to keep it and accepted the credit.

The necklace is dainty and is great as a layering piece.  I like the Bauble Bar stamped into the back closure pieces.  It feels sturdy and I'm sure the chain won't break easily.  Following their instructions will most likely have this piece lasting a long time.  I'm very happy to have picked this up on a Buried Bauble special because paying the regular price of $30+ for this necklace would've never happened because I feel it's way over priced.

As of today, this piece is no longer on the site. Even though my first purchase was a tad disappointing, I'll buy from Bauble Bar again.  I'm thinking of purchasing a larger statement necklace next time as I'd like to see how the quality is on the larger pieces. I'll have to wait for another Buried Bauble opportunity because there's no way I'm paying those prices for costume jewelry!

How was your Bauble Bar experience?  If you're a frequency shopper of Bauble Bar, tell me what your favorite piece is.

Live Lavishly,
~Tamara
