Green Monster Smoothie Update!

After one full week drinking a green monster smoothies for breakfast every day, I’ve found that it’s a delicious tasting drink and I can indeed drink every day! On a few of those days I mixed things up a bit by replacing the banana and PB with frozen (fresh) pineapple chunks. I also added 1 packet of Splenda to sweeten it up a bit, it’s awesome. The pineapple is a nice change to break up the banana and PB flavor. My energy is up during the day. BUT, I do still crave sweets and feel hungry well before lunch time. I’ve had to add a mid morning snack so that I’m not starved by lunch.

It looks like I will continue on with the GM experiment and see what other positive results I get. Yay for GMs!
